RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Diaboy Beachwear, customer satisfaction is important to us.
As our products are considered intimate apparel, returns and exchanges are subject to specific hygiene and quality requirements.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the intimate nature of our products and applicable Brazilian consumer and sanitary regulations, swim briefs and similar garments are not eligible for return or exchange once used, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from odors, stains, or damage
• Unaltered in any way
• With original tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges for the same product may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Approved exchanges may be made for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
RETURN OPTIONS
For approved returns, customers may choose between:
• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit for future purchases
QUALITY INSPECTION
All returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team.
Inspection may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Items showing signs of use, washing, odors, stains, alterations, or missing tags may be refused and returned to the customer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs related to size exchanges or customer preference exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects will Diaboy Beachwear cover return and replacement shipping costs.
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Diaboy Beachwear may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges imposed by their country.
These charges are non-refundable.
If an international order is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on PayPal, credit card issuers, banks, or payment providers.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Diaboy Beachwear is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect washing procedures, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by the customer.
We are also not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
GOVERNING LAW
This Returns & Exchanges Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
