Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions – Diaboy Beachwear

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Diaboy Beachwear Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in the program.

1. How the Program Works

Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link and/or discount coupon code. All sales generated through these tools will be tracked and attributed to the respective affiliate.

1. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on the gross order value.

Payments will be made exclusively via Pix to the payment key registered in the affiliate's account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$100.00.

Payments will be issued by the 10th day of each month for confirmed sales generated during the previous month.

If the affiliate does not reach the minimum withdrawal amount within 30 days, the accumulated balance will be paid in full regardless of the total amount.

Example:

Order Value: R$279.98

Shipping: R$38.00

Total Order Amount: R$317.98

Affiliate Commission (5%): R$15.90

1. Affiliate Responsibilities

Promote Diaboy Beachwear products ethically, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Do not use spam, deceptive marketing practices, illegal websites, or any activity that may damage the reputation of the brand.

Do not use the Diaboy Beachwear name, logo, or brand assets in any unauthorized manner or in a way that could create confusion regarding official representation of the company.

1. Diaboy Beachwear Responsibilities

Provide affiliates with accurate tracking links and discount coupons.

Process commission payments within the established payment schedule.

1. Termination

Diaboy Beachwear reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Diaboy Beachwear may also suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation if these Terms & Conditions are violated. Affiliates may request to terminate their participation at any time.

1. Changes to These Terms

Diaboy Beachwear reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated by email and published within the affiliate portal.
